The Science

Impressive Synergy
The spectrums of action of BPC-157 and TB-4 largely overlap, but the synergy between them arises from the fact that these two peptides affect one and the same cells in slightly different ways. They have undergone extensive research for their ability to inhibit inflammatory processes, promote wound healing, relieve joint pain, improve the elasticity of ligaments and tendons, and generally increase the rate of tissue repair. Research has shown BPC-157 to inhibit cytokines and generate new stem cells, while TB-4 improves the migration of cells involved with tissue repair and accelerates angiogenesis to promote the formation of new vessels. BPC-157 and a segment of TB-4 significantly improve the health of the nervous system by reducing inflammation and oxidative stress, thus protecting the cells that support neurons. Much research is also being done with these two peptides in the setting of traumatic brain injury, stroke, and neurodegenerative diseases, where in symbiosis, they create neurons and blood vessels.
What is BPC-157
Body Protection Compound, also known as BPC-157, is a synthetic peptide based on a natural protein. It is isolated from human gastric juice and composed of 15 amino acids. In scientific research, BPC-157 is referred to as pentadecapeptide or stable gastric pentadecapeptide. It interacts with molecular pathways to counteract the elevated levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines. Research shows that it promotes tissue repair and strength and is widely known for its remarkable healing, regenerative and protective potential.
What is SNAC
SNAC or salcaprozate sodium is a GRAS safe substance, added to BPC-157 in order to increase stomach and intestinal permeability. SNAC helps with bioavailability of oral absorption of the peptides.

Benefits of BPC-157

Healing and regeneration
BPC-157 has been shown to stimulate the production of growth factors, promote nitric oxide synthesis and increase blood flow to damaged areas of the body. It may significantly accelerate the regeneration of damaged tissue, especially in serious injuries.
Anti-inflammatory effect
The ability of the BPC-157 to inhibit the formation of inflammatory cytokines has been proven experimentally. Due to their cytoprotective function, manifested as a huge range of beneficial effects, both inside and outside the gastrointestinal tract, the peptides may improve gut health and digestive health, help with gastric ulcers, contribute to immunity and support general wellbeing.
Mobility and flexibility
Thanks to the positive effect on the joints and their surrounding tissues, BPC-157 promotes overall mobility. A key aspect of the peptides’ action is its ability to promote the development of fibroblasts. These cells are crucial for the synthesis of collagen, an important component of connective tissue. By supporting collagen formation, the peptides contribute to the healing and strengthening of tendons and ligaments, and make the skin look younger.
Cardiovascular support
BPC-157 appears to have a very positive effect on the cardiovascular system. Several studies have shown that the peptide helped counteract tachycardia and reduce thrombosis in the main vein in cases of vena cava occlusion, as well as promoted the formation of new blood vessels when the main veins were blocked.
Nervous system and immunity support
Recent research suggests that BPC-157 counteracts traumatic nerve and brain injury and promotes recovery. Based on the findings, scientists expect that peptides may recover brain-gut axis and gut-brain axis function.
